Implementation

Implementation is putting your plan into action and making your vision a reality. This includes tasks like:

  • prioritizing projects,
  • finding funding, and
  • starting and managing projects.

After many years of preparing and discussing, this is meant to be a time of action, building, and seeing results. Seeing years of hard work and planning come to fruition to create positive change can build momentum in your community.
